1- دانشجویان با مراجعه به پورتال آموزشی مركز زبان می‌توانند از زمان بندی کلاس‌ها و نام اساتید خود مطلع گردند. ممكن است نام اساتید در بعضی از کلاس‌ها مشخص نباشد كه تا پایان هفته مشخص می‌گردد.

2- در برنامه‌ی هفتگی عبارت (تغییر زمان بندی كلاس) در عنوان درس به معنی آن است كه شركت كنندگان كلاس به حد نصاب نرسیده و كلاس تشكیل نخواهد شد. لطفا درس را حذف كرده و در زمان دیگری آن را اخذ نمایید.

3-طبق قوانین مركز بین المللی زبان، دانشجویان باید در هر ترم حداقل 2 درس را انتخاب و پیشنیاز آنها را رعایت نمایند. در صورت عدم رعایت پیشنیاز دروس، درس اخذ شده حذف شده و هزینه آن مسترد نخواهد شد. پیشنیاز دروس به معنا آن است كه دانشجویان در سطح پایینتر مهارت مورد نظر را با نمره‌ی بالای 70 قبول شده باشند تا در این ترم بتوانند سطح بالاتر آن مهارت را انتخاب نمایند. به مثال زیر توجه کنید:

اگر در ترم پیش در مهارت Reading سطح Elementary نمره کمتر از 70 کسب کرده اید، باید دوره‌ی Reading – Elementary را دوباره بگذرانید و در صورتی که در این ترم مهارت ردینگ سطح Intermediate را اخذ کنید شرایط پیشنیاز را رعایت نکرده اید و ردینگ سطح Intermediate حذف خواهد شد.

1- . دانشجویان با مراجعه به مودل برگزاری كلاس های آنلاین مركز بین المللی زبان می توانند كلاس ها و دروس اخذ شده خود را مشاهده نمایند.

2-در صفحه‌ی مخصوص هر كلاس، كلیه اطلاعات مربوط به آن درس قرار داده شده است. (تصویر زیر)

3-كلیه امور آموزشی از طریق این صورت می پذیرد.

4-دانشجویانی كه قبلا از این بستر استفاده كرده اند با وارد كردن نام كاربری و رمز قبلی می توانند وارد مودل شوند.

5-دانشجویانی كه به تازگی در مركز بین المللی زبان دانشگاه امیركبیر ثبت‌نام نموده اند می‌توانند با نام كاربری شماره دانشجویی و رمز عبور 123456789 وارد مودل شوند.
