لطفا جهت اخذ واحد درسی مربوطه و کار در پورتال آموزشی زبان به نکات ذیل توجه فرمایید.
شروع انتخاب واحد : 04-07-1395 پایان انتخاب واحد 10-07-1395
1- ورود به سیستم پورتال آموزشی از دو طریق ذیل امکان پذیر می باشد.
*از منوی اصلی وب سایت ، منوی پورتال آموزشی ، زیر منوی پورتال آموزشی دانشجو
*از طریق لینک ذیل
2- جهت ورود به سیستم پورتال آموزشی برای کلیه دانشجویان شماره دانشجویی به عنوان نام کاربری و 123456 به عنوان رمز عبور می باشد.
3-دانشجویان محترم پس از ورود به پورتال آموزشی لطفا به قسمت ویرایش پروفایل رفته واطلاعات شخصی ضروری را تکمیل نمایید.
4- در قسمت ویرایش پروفایل لازم می باشد عکس خود را آپلود نمایید.
5- جهت ثبت نام می بایست مبلغ مشخص شده در صفحه را به عنوان کل مبلغ ثبت نام از طریق قسمت مالی / واریز شهریه از طریق درگاه بانک پرداخت کرده تا سیستم به شما مجوز اخذ واحد را بدهد.
6- هر دانشجو می تواند حداکثر 4 واحد درسی (4 درس اصلی) را انتخاب کند.
*دانشجویان می بایست 4 درس کامل (Reading , Listening , Writing, Speaking ) از هر سطح را در هر دوره انتخاب نمایند
7- دانشجویان کارشناسی به صورت عادی در دوره استاندارد و دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد در دوره نیمه فشرده و دانشجویان دکتری در دوره فشرده ثبت نام می نمایند.در صورت تمایل به ثبت نام در دوره های دیگرمی بایست یا به صورت حضوری و یا به صورت ایمیل به قسمت انفورماتیک اطلاع دهید.ایمیل ilca@aut.ac.ir
8- هزینه کلیه دورها یکسان می باشد.
9-بعد از انتخاب واحد درس می توانند واحد های اخذ شده را در قسمت برنامه هفتگی سیستم مشاهده نمایند.
10- در صورت به حد نصاب نرسیدن کلاس دانشجو موظف است در روز حذف و اضافه نسبت به تغییر کلاس خود اقدام نمایند.
